Robin at the Rocket Platform
The One Concern's Rocket Platform is a location and the launchpad for the Concern's rocket program. It is accessed through a locked door deep inside One Concern East. The region does not have a map in-game, and it cannot be revisited once it has been played through. There are no side-quests or optional items in this region, so it is not possible to permanently miss something while playing through the game.

Pre-Game[ | ]
The One Concern has been using rockets to head to the moons for some time. The Concern began by mining the larger moon for Ivory. After over-harvesting it, the moon eventually started to crumble. Several dislodged chunks can be seen in the sky next to the moon during the game. Later, the concern starts sending expeditions to the smaller moon to create a habitable base called Midway. Neither the Settlers, inhabitants of City One, nor even the One Concern Army are allowed to know its purpose. The Bastion Suits allow the Bastion Elite to know about the lunar base and the plan to escape the planet before its destruction, which they believe is likely to happen sometime within the next 50 years, possibly due to over-mining Ivory from the planet. However they do not inform the Elite that they intend to leave them behind, taking the Pupils with them to survive instead. Isi spies have observed the Concern successfully launching several rockets, though they do not know their purpose.

After stumbling upon the Tower, General Chrome discovers that the purpose of the small moon base and the rocket prepared to launch to it is to evacuate the Pupils and Bastion Suits while leaving everyone else on the planet to be destroyed. Once Royal accidentally causes the Omega Controller to summon Him, presumably to destroy the planet, Chrome divulges the secret the the rest of the Concern, and a panicked struggle to control the final rocket bound for the small moon ensues.
Royal decides to go to Midway to intercept Him and attempt to reason with Him to spare the world from destruction. He brings Robin along with him to fight his way through the rest of the Concern fighting over the rocket, and to help pilot the rocket, which requires the skills of a mechanic. Before they can board the rocket, they encounter Agent Black, who they have to kill to get inside. Successful, they enter the rocket. Soon after they are inside, Mina and Teegan hit the launch buttons, and the duo are launched up to Midway.
